Nothing, on our side. The tool is a static page — your ZIP code, property, lender, term, equity and rent selections are calculated entirely in your own browser and are never transmitted to, or stored on, any server we operate. Using the calculators themselves involves no account, no server-side database entry, and no form submission to us — that's a separate, optional feature, covered next.
If you register for an account, we collect and store your full name, company name (if given), email address, phone number, postal address, and a securely hashed password (we never see or store your password itself in readable form). This is stored in a database operated by Supabase, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt).
Your phone number is verified with a one-time code sent by SMS through Twilio, a third-party SMS provider; Twilio processes your phone number only to deliver that code and does not receive anything else you've entered. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a registration was submitted by a person, not a bot, without collecting personal data for that purpose.
New accounts are reviewed by hand before access is granted, usually within 1–2 business days. We keep the information you submit for as long as your account exists; if a registration is rejected or you ask us to delete your account, we delete the underlying data. You can ask to see, correct, or delete this data at any time via privacy@casarishome.com.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you can ask to see, correct, or have deleted any personal data processed about you, and object to processing. Since this tool itself doesn't collect or store personal data server-side, there is generally nothing to look up — requests about Google's or a partner's own processing should go to them directly, using the links above. Requests about this site's own operation can be sent to privacy@casarishome.com.
If advertising or affiliate partnerships change materially, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
